Our Method
Designing museographic project is a challenging process that combines strategy, creativity and technical precision.
Ypunto Ending joins the project in any phase of the process, adapting to the specific needs of each client and the scope defined.
From conception to completion, we deploy the same level of rigour and commitment to ensure optimal results in every museographic project we undertake.
-
01
Initial analysis and project definition
Every project begins with a rigorous analysis to define the objectives and conduct a detailed study of the target audience.
This diagnosis enables us to identify the narrative requirements, the available resources and the values that will steer each stage of the project.
The result: a clear road map to ensure that each decision responds to the objectives of the museographic master plan.
-
02
Conceptual design and spatial narrative
Having identified the objectives, we develop a museographic proposal that defines the main narrative and spatial layout of the exhibition.
This is the point where we combine creativity with strategy to create a coherent museographic discourse, selecting key contents, materials and technologies.
This global vision provides the basis for the production of exhibitions, ensuring that each element responds to the same conceptual focus.
-
03
Strategic planning
The conceptual proposal gives rise to an action plan that we use to organise each phase of the project. At this stage we produce detailed work schedules, assign responsibilities and define key milestones to structure the tasks of all the teams involved and measure the progress of the process.
We manage the budget and coordinate all operations to ensure efficient execution and compliance with the established time frames.
-
04
Technical production and exhibition development
From the initial planning to the implementation of all the museographic and technical elements, we approach every aspect of the project with meticulous attention to detail.
This includes the development of possible floor plan layouts, the production of elevation drawings and the graphic design, and the construction of specific mounts, all adapted to the exhibits and the visual discourse of the exhibition.
We also apply technical solutions to guarantee that the museographic furniture, interactive resources and other key components of the final installation work smoothly.
-
05
Final evaluation and completion of the project
On completion of the project, we conduct a detailed analysis to evaluate the impact and document the lessons learned that we can apply in future projects.
This analysis includes gathering data about the visitor experience, evaluating the degree of compliance with the objectives and identifying possible areas of improvement.
In the case of touring exhibitions, we also plan the dismantling and transport logistics, ensuring the correct conservation of all the elements.
-
06
Adaptation to each project
Although we structure the process in stages, we adapt each project to the client’s specific needs and the contract terms and conditions.
Whether a turnkey exhibition or collaboration in specific phases, we adopt a flexible, customised approach without compromising the quality or coherence of the end result.
